Helen is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with 15+ years of experience working for renowned brands like The Walt Disney Company, Volkswagen, PayPal, and Hilton Worldwide. After joining My CWA as a volunteer in 2021, she then took the position of Marketing and Communications Lead in 2022.

Helen's primary objective is to enhance My CWA's profile and visibility, making it the preferred charity in Cheshire. Her expertise spans a wide range of domains, from devising multi-channel creative campaigns, understanding under-served audiences, driving digital marketing strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships to developing internal communications plans that foster connectivity, information-sharing, and inspiration among My CWA team members and volunteers.
