Holly Jaskolka

Holly is our Training Manager with almost 3 years of experience in the domestic abuse sector and with My CWA. She has delivered numerous training sessions to partner agencies on topics such as understanding domestic abuse, domestic abuse in the workplace, and Reset, our 12-week healthy relationships programme for children, which she helped to redevelop. Holly also manages the Engaged Employer initiative, a new workplace domestic abuse programme, and supports subject matter experts in the design and development of impactful training materials.

She holds a BTEC Level 4 National Award in Train the Trainer from the Royal College of Public Speaking, is trained in the ABC of trauma and DA Matters, which she has delivered to Cheshire Police first responders, and is certified to deliver CARA, a two-day intervention people arrested for using harmful behaviours. In her role, Holly oversees internal staff training and inductions, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles. As part of the Domestic Abuse Experts team, she has been integral in developing the model for new training and consultancy services, as well as managing the development of Step Forward, a national self-paced online recovery programme.

Prior to joining the domestic abuse sector, Holly earned a degree in Public Health Nutrition and has worked in the third sector in Cheshire, for over a decade. During this time, she has managed volunteers, fundraised, managed stakeholder relationships and delivered a wide range of programmes, interventions and educational sessions to a vast range of audiences, including members of the public (adults, children, families), colleagues, and partner agencies. Holly’s broad experience, combined with her dedication to community support, makes her an invaluable asset to the organisation.
