Chief Operating Officer

Vicky brings over 12 years of dedicated experience in the domestic abuse sector to her role as Chief Operating Officer at My CWA. A psychology graduate with a deep understanding of human behaviour, Vicky has spent the last 8 years delivering multi-agency Domestic Abuse training, helping to foster collaborative approaches and a shared understanding among professionals.

Her passion for early intervention and a partnership-based response drives her work, ensuring that services are not only reactive but also proactive in preventing abuse and supporting survivors. 

Vicky's extensive experience includes working directly with adult victim/survivors and children, both within the community and in safe accommodation, as well as supporting those who harm. She is particularly adept at navigating the complexities of intersectional experiences, bringing a nuanced approach to her work. Her strategic development and quality assurance skills have been instrumental in shaping effective and sustainable practices within the organisation.  

Additionally, Vicky plays a critical role in risk management and is an active member of Domestic Homicide Review Panels. Vicky has a commitment to partnership working with both statutory and non-statutory agencies with a strong belief in collaborative efforts to achieve meaningful change.
