Module 1 – Safety
This module is now an opportunity to discuss safety in more detail. You will learn about safety and also create your own unique safety plan with an action list you can take away; whether you have left the relationship, are thinking about leaving, or are deciding to stay.

Module 2 – Understanding Domestic Abuse
In this module, we will guide you through the research on domestic abuse, and through models we use with our clients, to help you gain a better understanding of your experience. This information is here to provide you with valuable insights, which can be so helpful when trying to understand and validate your own experience.

Module 3 – Impact on parenting and children
One of the primary responsibilities we have as a parent is to safeguard children (keep them safe). We still have this responsibility, even if we don't have children; we may support family members or friend with their children, or wish to have them in the future. Therefore even if you don't have children, it is important that you complete this module. Please note, that domestic abuse is a traumatic thing to go through in itself, and learning about the impact on children, can feel very uncomfortable and distressing. So take your time, reflect and be sure to speak to trusted friends or family members.

Module 4- Understanding those who harm
In this section, we are going to look at the different types of perpetrator (known as typologies), and to think about the similarities and differences between their behaviour, motivation and their impact on victims.

Module 5 – Your recovery
In addition to maintaining safety, it is important to bring focus now on your wellbeing, connection to yourself, how you are feeling, how you have been affected and how you can begin to move forward. In this module, we are going to cover healthy relationships, rediscovering yourself, defining your core values within relationships and understanding boundaries and red flags.
